Our farm rears the finest tasting beef, pork and lamb. The beef is hung for 21 days. We find that allowing our cattle and lamb to roam free, eat grass and homegrown feed clear of additives and chemicals produce healthy happy livestock that taste great in the pot and are sold at excellent prices for the finest cuts.
